Last day for next day delivery for Christmas Day: 24th December for orders placed before 1pm
Last day for next day delivery for NYE: Monday 30th December
Please note whilst these are the deadlines given to us by Royal Mail, delivery is only ever estimated and cannot be 100% guaranteed and this is especially the case at this busy time of year.
Whilst we will always do everything we can to help resolve issues, we do not take responsibility for unexpected delays as these are out of our control. We will however refund delivery for Royal Mail Special Guaranteed deliveries that don't arrive in time.

Please note prices do not include any duties/taxes incurred. Parcels shipped from the UK internationally may incur duties/taxes and we cannot advise on specifically what they may be, as they are dependant on specific location and parcel value. The customer is liable for these potential additional charges and any parcels and we will not refund shipping costs if a parcel is returned to us as a result of unpaid duties/tax.
Please note orders are only picked and packed on weekdays currently and orders placed post 1.30pm will be shipped out the following day.
